Default help with type r sway????

im wanna swap a type r motor into my 95 gsr and i was wondering if you guys can point me in the right direction on what exactly i would need to make this happen. thanks for your help.

For one, change the title so people searching won't think this is about a sway bar. For two, do some searching because this has been done a thousand times. Just to swap the motor, you'll need the ECU and the motor. It'll bolt right up, and there may be minor wiring issues you'll need to do. Sorry I couldn't help more, but I've never done it myself. But from what I've read, it's a pretty straightforeward swap.

youll have to do the obd2 to obd1 wire harness thing, I think. but other than that, the engine and the ecu is just about it. You could get the tranny too if you wanted the type r's gearing.

all you have to do is click on the Hybrid forum. look at the to where it says:
