Default Runs like **** when when changing to open loop??

I have a 1990 integra and almost always let the thing warm up completly before driving it but If i happen to take it out a minute or two early and the o2 sensor is not yet warmed up (giving ecu info) than it feels exactly like when the MAP sensor is disconnected..When you floor it it chugs pops and back fires, the vehivle jerks around and doesnt wanna move (kinda scary to give it gas) soo i usually pull over on the road to let it sit for a minute to regain its sanity... Im going to buy some stuff from a guy parting out a DA soo i may just pick up the Map if its bad, what do you guys think ??

SOLD HONDATA, but im going chrome/turboedit soon, i dont think its a major ecu prob cause it only malfunctions for a minute or two and let it sit on the road side and its fine but damn when u try to give it gas It wont move it just feels/sounds like compete garbage

if running in closed loop the ecm will not correct until sensor warms up thus it cannot provide + or - fuel . Once the sensor warms up and it runs fine its because the computer is now correcting. Sounds like your base fuel map is off. Just a guess.

feels much more like the MAP sensor if u were to disconnect ur map sensor and try to get around the block you'd hate yourself, The car runs like compete and utter ****, once past like 1500 rpm its has no clue whats going on and backfires like crazy... its when its warming up it runs weird... Its like during the transition from closed to open it just goes crazy>?/

u never run in closed loop??? the o2 sensor has to heat up somehow and on a one wire its not going to heat its self??... well i dont run it untill its warmed up soo i cant tell u if it runs bad but when its just about to change to open loop the car runs bad and after that its fine and just before that its fine...???

Nope. Never have. No reason to. Only time is when I was helping tune an RSX and the TPS was messed up.

In the computers he is running there is maybe an option to stay in open loop at all times. Therefor not running in closed loop. I run only open loop with uberdata. I cant really drive hard until the car is warmed up. Say around 180 degrees or so. It runs lean before that.

if a car runs lean, rich or poorly before warming up and is in mechanically good condition i would say the tuning on it is poorly done.
