if you let it warm up does it still do the same thing or not.

if it doesnt do it when it warms up change your intake air temp sensor. mine was bad and unless you let it warm up all the way it would die if you touched the gas a tiny bit

Did this happen RIGHT after you installed the motor?

Who did the wiring?

Check the Idle screw, trying screwing it out so itle set your base idle.

ALTHOUGH, Coolent Temp sensor should be adjusting your idle depending on the temp of the motor.

Did you burp the coolent system?

What about your fuel system? Clogged fuel filter? When you rev it she might just be short on fuel. Or is she just floodin out and runnin too rich? Check the condition of the plugs. Are they wet? Stock injectors or bigger? Is your TPS sensor adjusted correctly? Check to see that the TPS voltage increases smoothly from .5 volts to 4.5ish from closed to WOT. What ECU and what dizzy are you runnin? Check to see if the crank and the cam gears are lined up and that the t-belt didnt jump a tooth or two. Here's a few ideas for ya... hope it helps a lil.
