Hey i got a friend with a 90 civic (EF) wit a jdm b16a wit tanbe hyper medaion exhaust, aem cold air, shunk2 cam GEARs, skunk2 coil overs and tokico shocks. he thinks he can run a 13.6 in his car and i keep on tellin him he cant and hell probly run like high 15s mid 15s, he nvr ran at the track before too. plz sum tell him that he cant run mid 13s

Im guessing high 14's...really it all depends on the driver. Driver is everything. Ive seen an evo 8 run 15's and seen new corvettes run in the 14's so it dont matter what u got in it. DRIVER IS EVERYTHING.
