Default No power to left headlight plugs help...

Okay I thought I had blown bulbs in my projector beams but come to find out thier is no power going to the low beam or high beam plug. I moved my old bulbs and the new 1 I just bought to the passenger side and they work perfect. The driver side plugs have no power and won't light none of the bulbs.
I checked the fuse and even replaced it still nothing. Thier is a resistor pack by each headlight that the plugs run out of I popped the cap thinking thier is a fuse in it but nothing.

What can I do here fellows i'm stumped and need to get this fixed because i'm gonna be selling it soon????

On a sidenote how hard is it to replace the heater core in a 90si hatch???
