Default stripped block question

i have a d16z6 motor, the compression 1-4 is 80,120,125, 130 and it runs like shyt, what is my best bet, i dont want a swap, my block is stripped where the timing chain motor mount arm threads into the block, it holds but not id i diassassemble it again, should i rebuilt the bottom end, buy a jdm motor or buy a junkyard motor in town? try to fix the mount or just rebuild it in the car and hope it stays together, whats my best and cheapest option here?
