Does anyone have any idea the best way to get this off? I am going to try and attempt to take it off the parts car tomorrow and I don't want to break it or anything like that. I also don't want a huge headache.

The easiest way would be to get a utility knife and start cutting around the window from the inside of the car. Take your time. Just keep cutting at the urethane... You'll probably end up damaging the moulding on the outside, but you can't do anything about that.
