Default E.C.U

Does anyone know where the E.C.U. is located on a 2003 Accord Sedan Ex V6 auto
and to when does VTEC kick in

The ECU is under the dash, right in the center, behind the center console. I think v-tech is variable depending on acceleration and rpms etc.

Your check engine light flashes codes dude. Not the ECU itself.

If the light is on first off check the gas cap. the little plastic cable that holds the cap gets caught under the cap, it doesn't seal, and you get the check engine light. If that's what is was, the light will turn itself off after a couple of trips. (start ups) check that out first, then let us know if it is something else.
