( around 3" drop )

Do you hav a pic of your tires, it would help with finding whats wrong. And do you have the printout sheet of your allignment. If you do have a camber kit and it was adjusted to spec or very close to it, and toe was set to factory spec, you shouldn't be eating threw your tires. What kind of tires are you using? And how many miles have gone by before your tires were wasted? Are your burning out and are you rotating your tires to allow for even wear?
To me it sounds like the person doing your allignment isn't doing a good job. I think i have about a 3 inch drop with an adjustable camber kit, wih 205/40/16's Toyo Proxes FZ4 with approximetly 15 thousand miles with plenty of tire left.

Tire size shouldn't really have any effect on setting your camber, unless the tire is hitting the fender's, then you'll need some negative camber. I really think it has something to do with your actual allignment. I just put my snow tires on, went from a 205/40/16 to 195/60/14, and don't have any problems. You possibly could have hit a bump/pot hole and thats what caused your allignment to come out of spec, therefore eating up your tires.
Have you tried to go back to the place that did your allignment?

try getting your toe set to Zero exactly, not within +/-1 within spec, but zero, right on the button. Also, make sure your tires are always inflated properly (varies between 29-32psi between Integra models, measured when cold). You might see better results. Also, what are your camber readings?
You should be fine with around -2 or -2.5 with zero toe, but anything more will probably cause some wear. I don't have a camber kit, and my tires don't wear badly, but my toe is at zero, my car is probably only lowered about 2 inches, and my camber readings are around -2.1 or -2.2 at worst. How much correction did the camber kit give you?
