I live in the garland area. And work for Park place Lexus in plano. As you can see my car is totally strip, yeah dude no windows(some fool broke my windows last month). So far I have supra tail light, wing west body kit, b16a with s1 tranny, projector headlights, fluidyne radiator(on the way i hope). I didn't have time to install these parts yet. I try to focus on the engine first, everything else can come later. My goal is to hit 350-400 whp or more than that. I have my engine apart. man good luck finding a decent carclub around dallas. all the ones i've checked out are basically gangs with the label 'club'...i'm not kidding either! but if that's what you want, then go for it bro other than that the clubs are too exclusive or a bunch of idiots with APC stickers all over there cars with a gay name like 'Import ridaZ' and queer crap like that.

 

lol ....Import ridaz? hehehe. I've seen kids around my area with stickers and big exhaust on them. Anywayz, if you are a hardcore like me then Let's start a club. I saw some nice crx around the garland area but never have a chance to talk to the owners. I guess they were all scare cuz my car is strip. lol. It's kinna cold in the morning going to work. Those window glasses are freaking expensive $100 each. I have to buy 3. Anywayz, hit me up if y'all want to start something.

Hey, i'm not from around there, I'm from Pittsburg, KS, but I went down to Plano, or at least around there(I'm not sure, it was a frat trip, last spring, was wasted the whole time) but I'd really like to meet some more CRX people, my car is a piece right now, but hopefully within a month or two the body will be finished and I'll start on the motor, I'd love to come down there, and up where i live there's a drag strip about 15 min away, they have test and tune weekends all the time if you all are interested, see my signature, I think it'd be fun to see some CRX whoop one of my friend's asses! hey i am from arlington,tx and will hopefully be done with my 89 hatch soon...and was wondering how often is ennis open to race at...i have been racing a 1/8 mile track out in kennedale but i want to run 1/4 mile now..i haf '88 crx si with just intake and exhaust and ran 9.55@71mph in the 1/8 with 14"slicks..my new project car is a 89 civic dx with a 92 LS in it..having trobule getting it wired though..but hope to see some of you guys out at ennis some time...

I think this Friday is Fast Friday. You can go and race, tune or whatever. On the other Friday it will be Street Night. As long as it's street driven you can race. I believe that night they only have a go light and a win light. It's supposed to be like "Illegal Racing", but in a safe environment. You can pick who you want to run and stuff like that. The theme rotates throughout the year unless they have something else going on that Friday, like events. The first 2 were canceled because of the weather, but I'm pretty sure this Friday will be good. I haven't raced my HB yet but hope to this Friday for the first time. It still needs a bit of tuning but I'm give it a go anyway. See you there.

 

I took my CRX out for the first test and tune day, on Febuary 2nd, it was awesome, I only hit a 16.9 on **** tires, and DX tranny. I am still using **** tires, but now have a Teg ECU, and SI tranny. I can hit high 15s low 16s. Me and my freind, from Duncanville and Waxahachie, were gonna be starting a crew hopefully. LTech, let me know whats up if you start one, maybe we will jump in there wiht you.

 

You know whats pretty fun to do, cruz around Arlington on Friday nights, you see so many riceboys that are damn slow, like some slow *** tiburons, and civics, lol.
