Default 2001 PRELUDE SH - Final - jrsc/turbo

Well most of you have convinced me to not get a turbo for a prelude sh, so sad, cause i really want the rush of boost, and the sound of the bov, as well as the big intercooler boasting out of the front bumper. What do you ghuys think about going with a jrsc, is it possible i run mid 13's with a jackson racing supercharger. What will i have to spend to run mid 13's with it, what will i need. Let me know.

That's was really helpful. Thanks A JRSC will be a good base to run 13s. Add the bolt ons, suspension, and some good tires and you should be there easily.

Someone on the other forum has posted a dyno of a 9psi jrsc on a Prelude with 260 whp and 227 torque. I believe that should be enough to get you into the 13 sec range. Traction and your launch skills will determine if you can do a mid 13 second run.

The best time I've seen on a JRSC Prelude is a 13.6. With a set of drag radials or slicks a low 13.3-5 is very possible. An upgrade to 9 psi pulley would almost get into the 12's with slicks.

do whatever u want to do with your car...i am running a boosted SH with fmax turbo...my atts light keeps on coming on though but who cares?...i am going to go standalone later anyways so no need for atts...just do what u want and don't let others deter u from it...they are only giving u an opinion
