Hey guys,

I have a '92 Civic hatch with a JDM B18C from an ITR. I tried starting it for the first time last night and the motor would crank just I found that there is no spark coming from the plugs, or fuel going through the lines. Everything else electronic like headlights, interior lights work so I do have power.

I swapped the master relay with a known working one and that didn't solve the problem.

I witnessed this exact motor run in a different car so I figure it can't be the dizzy. I also know that the fuel pump was in working condition before the swap.

My ECU is a P06 turned into a chipped P28 running a stock ITR program with a little fuel/vtec change.

So far all I can think of is it's the ECU giving me problems because I do not even get the CEL light.

Am I on the right track? Is there anything else to check out?

i had a d16z6 do this to me before and it was a dizzy problem which quickly turned into an ecu problem...

what pissed me off the most was i drove the car into the shop with no problems... pulled the motor and still had it on the hoist. then pushed that car out and the other one in and went to put the motor into the new car... no spark. no fuel. check relays, nothing wrong... checked fuses, nothing wrong. couldnt figure it out for the life of me... so i got a new dizzy, still nothing. had a friend let me borrow his ecu and bam. car was up and running.
