My g/f wants to lower her car and put 17s on it. She wants very little wheel gap but has to be able to get around her college campus so it can't be slamed. I was thinking the pro kit but you can get neuspeed sports really cheap. Also what offset would be good with a 17in wheel? If you have any pic please post them with information.

 

I'd also be interested in 16s.

Id go with 16 inch . I have a 99 si and had seventeens , now have sixteens and would never go back to seventeens (unless it's going to be a show car or turbo) the only thing thats nice is my car seemed to corner a little better with the bigger rims. just my .02 cents.

 

I want to get 16s, but to help you out, here is a pic of my car with a 2.5 inch drop on my 17s....

 

Thanks man, 17s just look too big. I'm going to try and talk her into 16s. What springs do you have?

 

17's aren't too big, a friend of mine has them on his Civic. They look really good! He dropped his car with Maxspeed coilovers. I think it's dropped about 2.5 inches, there is only about one fingers length of wheel well...

I think i've decided on tokico blues and neuspeed sports. Here are a few pics i found it has the sports and 17s, what do you think?

 

I have Maxspeed and my car rides just fine. Maybe all that *** pounding has finally taken toll on you.

 

17's are SLOW! Put on 15 or 16's, unless you don't care about weight.

 

This is my g/fs car it's going to be all show and maybe a few boltons. 17s should look nice.
