my 98 civic dash is in bad condition, is it possible to get the 99 dash put in its place? i could install myslef, but would i need all new climate control and wires and things, if so where wouldi go to get those, honda dealer?

 

check out honda-tech market place or ebay for used ones... brand new, honda dealer but expect to be robbed in broad daylight

so if u do a dash swap, what would you do with ur vin plate? is it connected to the dash or not?

Rivets. You can take them out.

probably off here. keep a lookout for it, or post a WTB thread. People sell random parts on here sometimes
