Default Constant code 41! Dont know whats causing it!

To start, I have a 1992 civic hatch with a 2001 B20Z using a P75 ECU and a 95 integra harness.

I get a code 41 all the time. The check engine light come on like clockwork at the same time every time. Comes on after driving for about 4 minutes.

I thought for sure it was the O2 sensor so I got a new one tonight and took it for a drive. But yes, the check engine light came on as usual at the same time after driving down the street.

This all started after I drove through a huge puddle. I thought the O2 sensor got submerged and damaged so I switched it out but to no avail.

What else come be happening? It comes on at the same time every time I drive the car so I am at a loss. I thought for sure it was the O2.

If this is any help, the old O2 sensor was coated white when I took it out. Whats that mean?

a white o2 would signify that your running very lean, so maybe you keep getting the code because your too lean. check for continuity between all the o2 signal wires and the ecu, you might have shorted a wire or something. the 02 might be good but the ecu isnt receiving the signal.
