EF Shocks Fit EG for more suspension travel?
I have been told that using EF shocks on your EG will help when you lower the car becuase the EF is a shorter strut and gives more suspension travel on a lowered car than an EG strut will. Is this so or BS? I have a line on some Tokiko blues pretty cheap so I thought what the hell. Thanks I did a search.
yup, shorter shock strokes = more shock travel. it works. might have to grind down rear LCA or bend the shock fork to fit tho

Need to use washers as spacers for the Lca.. I used some gsr shocks on my ek
the only thing that needed to be switched was the top hat becuase the integra one had some little points where as the civics was perfectly round..
for ef to eg... switch the tops hatchs/ use spacers.
I also used 97+ prelude shocks on the front of my civic and wholy **** did it give me a stiff stable ride but hitting pot holes and bumps was hell .

ek rear lca's are different, the bushing for the shock mounting is way thinner.
