95 Accord - Cant Get Stock Corner Lights Off - Please help
I bought some new corner lights for my 95 accord lx and i cant get seem to get the stock ones off.
I unscrewed the srew on the top when you pop the hood, but i cant see how to get the light itself out, to put in my new ones.
Any help would be great!
PS: Why am i a trial member, how do i get rid of it?

if the 95 headlights are like the 90-93 then all you have to do is pull harder, give it a nice good tug and it'll come up, becareful not to pull too hard or you're going to have to re-wire the side corner lights, as for the trail member i think its just on their for a couple of days to see if you post any stupid questions such as :
will a s2000 engine fit in my car
what is the loudest exhaust
does the apc intake really give you 10 more hp
etc.

I gave this answer in a previous post, but considering how it's near impossible to "search" properly in this Forum; I'll answer again.
The Corner lamps on the Fifth Gens' is retained by a single pan head sheet metal screw on top, and a barrel shaped stud near the bottom of the lamp. In addition, they are kept in alignment with the fender and such by two poorly designed plastic pins, which engage two corrosponding holes in the headlamp frame in the rear.
The Drill?
Remove the top screw and pull/pry the corner lamp DIRECTLY to the front. Not to the side, not up or down; DIRECTLY towards the front! The main impediment to all this is the barrel shaped stud on the bottom and the now hard and stiff rubber bushing it engages. You'll find out

Actually I'd expect that you'll break one on the way out. That's why you buy your new 'corners' ahead of time

Just a question, i cant tell if i messed something up while putting in my new lights.
On the corner lights, tehre is 2 bulbs on each side - what do the back bulbs do, i cant remember if they blinked or not.

Neither blink (That's left for the bumper lamps)
On the original lamps, the front shined thru a White/Green lens and the rear shined thru an Amber lens.
On most clear corners, an amber bulb is substituted for the rear bulb to comply with state inspection rules (Actually it's Federal D.O.T. regs)

on 94-95 models one bulb behind the amber blinks with the turn signals, however on 96-97 models, with the elongated bumper lenses the corner lights only act as parking lights...
