Coil Overs
wow im suprised no one has answered this yet, well ill just give a simple definition, it just lowers your car basically, also it lowers your center of gravity decreasing body roll (i think thats it, i read it somewhere), and it cambers your tires a bit depending on how low you go, the lower the car the greater the camber, a bit of camber can increase cornering capabilities but major camber will do nothing but eat tire treading, good shocks/struts such as tockico illuminas, koni yellows, kyb gr2's, will just complete the package of increased perfomance and handling, theres lots of complete coilover sets you can buy, just look around H-T and you'll find a few, i heard omnipower is good but i don't think they make it for certain year accord (the complete coilover set that is), and some coilovers are built to work fine on stock shocks/struts while others require you have aftermarket shocks/struts, i guess the major reason people get coilovers is so they can adjust their ride height, maybe somone else can clarify what i just said, other then that look in the Basic accords guide/section at the top of the accord forums and it'll explain a lot more
