here the deal i have a 97 civic dx with a obd1 jdmb16 and chipped p28 ecu. the obd2 test would not work obviously becuase of the ecus. some how the guy was dumb enough just to do a sniffer test even though there not supposed to. my hc at idle are to high the limit is 100 im at 288 what can i do to bring it down and what can i do about the obd problem so that i can test legally.

If you live in Cali you can't do **** about the OBD problem but get a new(er) engine.

As far as the emissions problem, I don't know much.

 

no i live in albq i dont think theres an ecu i can use because the 99 si is obd2b
