I have a accord coupe ex 02 and the stock radio on my car went dead. what should i check to see whats wrong with it. it does not say the word CODE on it. evrything else works just fine.

Check your fuses (You have one fuse for the radio in the under hood fuse box (backup) and i believe the other is in the drivers side fuse box (drivers left side just under the dashboard)) Check your owners manual if you can't find them.

When you say "dead", is it getting power but just not working, or is it dead as in you get nothing?

 

does your automatic seatbelt and clock not work too.

 

Does it have this really strange word displayed across the face: CODE ? If so, at some point the battery either was disconnected; or went dead.

Again, check the fuses.
