Mini-Me (D16A6/Z6) swap into 1st gen CRX
Hi All:
I've searched for the answer for this on many sites, but cannot seem to find it. I have an 87 CRX Si.
This weekend, I acquired a D16A6 engine/tranny/axle/ECU combo from a friend for $250 (purchasing the D16Z6 VTEC head separately). The only thing that I did not get were the knuckle/hub assemblies because he needed them for the swap that he was doing.
Will I be able to use the original 87 Si's knuckle/hubs for this swap, or will I need to get some other ones? From my research, it looks like most swaps for the 1st gen CRX require knuckle/hubs from an 86-89 Integra.
Any info would be appreciated.
