Default Coilover Ride Height From Inside?

I was looking to get some Coilovers for my 97 Civic CX Hatchback. I know there are coilovers that you can adjust from the inside, and I know with Coilovers you can adjust ride height.
So...I was wondering is there any possible coilovers where you can adjust ride height from the inside of the car? (I don't care if I get flamed, I'm wondering, and that's what I'm here for...To know more.)
I wanted to see, because I love the way they look slammed, but where I live, it snows sometimes, and there are dirt roads some places. (Snow/Dirt roads don't seem too pleasant for a 1.4 inch drop).
Can anyone help me out?

As far as I know there is only one in car height adjustable performance suspension and that is the Praxis system that Bridgestone/Firestone make, and it is around $4000 at last check and I am not sure if they are makeing a honda system yet. The only other options would be an air or hydrolic suspension.

Currently the Praxis system has only applications for Subaru WRX, BMW E46 and they had one VW Golf IV on display at SEMA but it isn't to production yet. It is an air bag system that allows you to raise or lower the car from inside however the damping adjustment must be done outside the car.

Air ride is really going to be your only height adjustament from inside the car and all except Praxis are definitely a non-performance system.

The new Lamborghini Gallardos and Murcielagos use a hydraulic spring seat on the front of the car that at the push of a cabin buttom diverts power steering fluid to the front spring perches to lift the nose of the car a small amount to clear speed bumps and curbs. This is a front end only deal, only lifts a bit, and is built into the car during manufacturing.

Oh...ew. I guess I'll just get some Tien SS Coilovers, and leave it stock height for snow/dirt roads...
