Default Code 22 on ZC VTEC

I got a question guys, I recently swapped a JDM OBD1 SOHC ZC VTEC on an EM1 shell.

I'm currently using the stock Si wiring harness w/conversion harness that goes to a chipped P28 ECU. The car now throws a Code 22 which is the "pressure switch" BUT the "solenoid" for the VTEC does NOT have a connector for the "pressure switch", so basically I just hooked up the wire for the VTEC solenoid and the wire for the "pressure switch" is just hanging (not connected, since there is nowhere to connect it).

So the question is:

1.) I assume that my VTEC is not engaging.
2.) I tried clearing the code but it keeps on coming back, so now what?
3.) What can be done to fix this?

Thanks

So, there is no green oil pressure switch, on your vtec solinoid assembly? If so, you need to find one with one, and put that on.

The yellow plug right there is the VTEC oil pressure switch...you should have one. Can u take a picture of your solenoid?

Well there is no yellow plug, its just a plug for the VTEC solenoid which I hooked up. I dont know if this fixed it but I "cut" the blue/black wire that's for the pressure switch and the engine code went away. I guess it works?
