Default 92-95 and 96-00 Civic A/C lines the same?

as the topic states... can I take the lines off my 97 Ex coupe and put them on my 93 EX? They seem to go pretty much the same route around the engine bay.

no it won't work. 92 and 93 civic used R12 and the lines are different. 94 and up uses R134. so no it won't work.

well how different? because I'm using the WHOLE 97 AC, nothing from R12 era is being used. Are the lines routed different or what?

If you are using 134 stuff, it is interchangable.

The only problem you would have is if you used R12; the fittings are different.

can the 97 evaporator be used in my 93? Not sure if it'll match up correctly with the blower motor/heater core

You can....If they will fit.....You will have to use your 97 condensor and swap the goods behind the dash. The fittings on the r12 and 134 are different.

I have the lines you need for the 93...
