Default Fuel Rail Leak - HELP!!

I just installed RC 440cc injectors and clips. After reassembling everything, now I am having a problem with a fuel leak. I made everything extra tight as well. When I start my car, fuel start leaking out at the top of the fuel rail. I think its at the fuel return line connection. I tightened it and it still leaks fuel. The car starts, but it sounds like its about to die. When I press the throttle, nothing happens. I am guessing its because there is no fuel pressure. The fuel spills out when I turn the key two clicks as well, the click right before you start the engine.

Do you think the injectors are not working?
I reassembled the fuel rail wrong?
Suggestions?

Btw, its a '97 Civic LX. D16Y7.

What the **** do you need 440cc injectors on a D16 for?

Anyways... you need to pinpoint where its leaking first. Did you put the rubber washers on the tops of the injectors? Even though its tight, are all the injectors mounted correctly?

Lol, I have a turbo D16. Need bigger injectors. Anyways, the fuel is not leaking out of the side(end), where the main fuel line is...I think its the main fuel line. The line connected to the top left of the fuel rail is leaking. It leaking where the metal fuel rail is connected to the metal end of a rubber hose. I bolted the metal end to the rail as tight as I could. It looks like a fuel return line connection to me. It squirting out where its connected. Either the seal is not tight or the injectors arent working and there is too much pressure in the fuel rail that its causing the fuel to spill out of whatever creavase it can find.

Used the washer on the stock injectors and the rc injectors came with o-rings. They are mounted correctly and are connected to the engine manifold very tightly. I can barely turn the injectors. There is no fuel leaking out of any injector touching items.

I dont think there is a washer that connects the return line to the top of the fuel rail. The metal connector is flat and sits flush against the rail. There were washers for the main fuel line.

That is what I was going to ask...

Be sure that the injector seats/washers are set properly and you used 2-3 washers on the bolts for the fuel rail to get enough bite on the injectors. If not, recheck your connections and torque everything down.
