Default AEM cai for itr? ...need pics of construction

I seem to have what may or may not be an ITR intake. I'm trying to sell the unit, but was questioned why it was not a one piece pipe. I've never used it. When I puchased the part, I was told it was an ITR AEM CAI. True? Please post pis of your's. Thanks.

Could have been cut for a bypass valve.

Thanks for the quick response. The pipe has not been cut. The powder coating is around the edges. It appears i've been ripped off by a fellow member. I'm not sure what car this intake is for. It doesn't fit comfortably in my '94 civic either. Hmmm.

The bends in the shorter pipe don't look like they'd even fit in an itr.

"precuted" ???

What diameter is the pipe? If it is 3", then its for an ITR. If its 2.5" then its for a RS/GS/LS. However, the AEM part number appears to be 21-404, which is a GSR CAI.

Definitely not ITR. I can't make out the part number with certainty, but it looks to me like the GS-R model.

That does not look like an ITR CAI. But mine is hacked up like that-- not for a bypass valve, but rather in order to fit the JRSC (the throttle body is 45mm lower with the JRSC.

I agree, the mounting tabs are different on the ITR and it should also be a 1 piece unit, and a 3" diameter.
