FS - K24A4 and DC5-S 6-SP tranny, $1750
I have a 3.000 mile K24A4 from a 2004 Accord - it came out of an old lady's car after she was rear-ended. The engine is in perfect condition, both cosmetic and functional. I had to use the oil pan from it to ship a K20A2 shortblock across the country, so I'll be installing a new Honda OEM oil pan within days (picture of new oil pan included). Since the oil pan is off, you can see how clean the inside of the pickup area and crank scraper are (picture also included).
The engine has been sitting on an engine stand in my climate controlled and moisture sealed garage for a while now - and it has been cleaned more than once in anticipation of many a buyer who have flaked at the last minute. I'm not using this engine any more because it was slated to be a father-son project and my family encountered a bit of a hardship that took the focus off of having fun for a while. There is utterly nothing wrong with this engine.

The transmission is a 6-speed from a 2003 RSX-S and it has 9.800 miles on it. It came out of a rolled RSX-S that I bought and drove into my garage - so I know the transmission is good. The fluid I drained out of it was crystal clear Honda MTF, there were no grinds in any of the lower gears (1-2-3) and it glided perfectly between all of the others while parked. The cables come along with the transmission (as do the original clutch and flywheel: both in fine condition) and for a bit extra I can also sell the shifter mechanism (say $50).

If you need a list of credible people to vouch for me, feel free to contact Ricey McRicerton, BauleyCivic, Dimi or Litterbox in the EG+ forum.
I'm asking $1750 picked up for the combined engine and transmission. It's a great price for what you get and I'm not accepting any trades or lowball offers on any of this stuff. I'm located outside of Columbus, Ohio in Powell 43065. No shipping company will ship anything this heavy, so don't ask, and freight from here to California is approaching $600 not including a pickup charge. In short, I don't want to ship this, but if you want to drive up from anywhere to pick it up, I'll deduct gas money from the price
.
Regards.
