Default HELP***changing rotors***HELP

i have tried everything to get the plate in front of the rotor off but i cant. i took off the axle nut, the four bolts on the plate that holds the rotor on, the caliper off, and the four bolts behind the rotor and the plate will still not come off. and yes i even rented a axle hub pulley to pull it off and it still wont come off. i dont know what else to do. if anyone has changed there rotors before on their accord i would gladly appreciate the help. i have a 94 accord lx 4dr.

Did you properly mount the hub puller?

I believe it is a 19mm or 3/4" to tighten the bolt to pull out the hub.

Sorry, the best advice I have to PB Blaster and keep pulling. Do you have a picture of the hub puller you rented? There could be something wrong with that. Don't forget to take off the caliper as well

try something.........put the frt 4 bolts 14 mm , back on ,but not tight,, you got the axle nut out, caliper out of the way, caliper holder out as well? the 2, 17mm bolts?? you got the 4, 10mm 12 point bolts from behind out, if u did all that, get a big hammer and if u are replacing rotors,, wack the rotors till they come out,,,,,,,,,,rotor will come out with the bub assembly, once out, remove those 4 14mm bolts that hold the rotor to the hub and replace the rotors..

Check forum here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1427790.

deserthonda gave an explanation about how to do it, but it is better to see it once than to hear 100 times.

Here is a pdf manual about Accord rotor replacement: http://www.geocities.com/vladi...1.pdf. It worked for me. I removed the knuckle completely and used a regular hammer instead of an air hammer.

2 minutes and it is out.
