Default I just did a rear disc brake conversion but having problems.

First of all my brakes work but my pedal feels really spongy??

Second do i need to change the prop valve?

Third do i need to change it to the ex master cylinder?

thanks in advanced

To have it working properly, yes.
1) Disc style M/C have to pump a larger quantity of fluid to the rear to get the same movement due to the larger piston surface area of the caliper over the cylinder.

You're soft pedal can be the product of two things.
1) Air still in system or
2) Misadjusted e-brake at rear cylinder
