spring sugestions for a 06 accord.
what are some good lowering springs for a 06 accord. i dont know much about accords but i can imagine it wont be much different from a civic. i found some tanabe springs for 150. what years are the same as an 06 accord? thanks
Whoa slow down. The 06 is not a "new" model. It just has redesigned front and rear end. It is still a 7th generation. Pretty much everything but body parts will work just fine.

They are technically new models, like the
90-91 to 92-93 differences
94-95 to 96-97 differences
98-00 to 01-02 differences
The changes have never been this dramatic before though

comestic upgrade have NOTHING to do with the spring.98-00 and 01-02 shares the same spring and damper period, hell 4th and 5th gen shares the same legth of spring with 4th gen prelude(with different rate of course).
unless honda just switch some damper and spring setup at 06, which is very very very not likely for honda to do so.
yeah, to answer you q's, it's the same sh-t

I like tanabe springs but support the thought that I would never change springs without also changing the struts to something a little tougher. Actually I think by definition a model is the same through years and generations. Look on my registration stickers for my 90, 94, 2001, and 2006 Accords. Under model they ALL say the EXACT SAME thing: Accord.
