Thats not an itr lip, looks like a tsunami lip or some variant of it. Also I'm not really a huge fan of the corners, maybe they'd look better in person. The cars pretty clean, though. What is done to it?

The car is clean, and a good place to start. I'd leave it at that.

Instead of being all "oem style" and wait, "JDM" someone got Clear turnsignals for it instead,
and put a lip thats a bit different from all the oem ones, and then the rims.
Yeah they're horrible, no one likes black 5-spoke rims with a silver lip.
