I would get everything in that diagram that you don't already have. Four complete units to just bolt in whenever you want.

well some of that stuff is expensive...the tokicos came with rear bumpstops so ill order the front bumpstops. what about the dustcovers? Are they needed???
You will need absoloutly EVERYTHING except #10 & #8. Those are just dust covers.
Usually when you buy "top hats" from someone, they come with all those other parts already on them (washers, bushings & sleeve).

i dont quite understand what youre trying to accomplish.
you dont need to buy anything extra if you already have your stock suspension and are willing to disassemble the old suspension to put together the new suspension.
are you missing something already? i dont get it...

What I am looking to do is fully assemble all of the new struts i have now so i can just unbolt the old and put on the new. Reason being I dont have the tools right now like a spring compressor or anything or the time to take off a shock and switch all the parts to a new one and reassemble it and put it on the car. I know i still will need a spring compressor and it can be done but right now i really dont have the time to do it all in one shot. i need to put each strut and stuff together seperatley then one day bolt up the new stuff. I hope you understand what i am saying and i know what i am doing probably doesnt make that much sense to the guys who know what there doing and can do this in under an hour. Anyway hope that cleared it up.
Pretty much i want to do this so i can just bolt it up to my car. I have the springs, struts and tophats. the tokicos dont come with front bumpstops so i ordered them from the honda dealer and am wondering what else i need. so far it only looks like the dustcovers. What i am asking is whatelse do i need. Thanks for all the help!!

got it.
ok, youll need #7 and #9 and #13, and #10 if you want to use the dust cover but its optional.
tokico supplies new #12, #6 x 2, and #14 and new bumpstops.
but why buy new from honda? these things are found cheap at the junkyard.
