What do you need to be competitive in AutoX?
I'm new to Autocross as well as Hondas. I was wondering what class would be best to enter with a hybrid 94 DX that is a daily driver, so full interior, A/C, etc. How much power would I need? What upgrades should I do? I don't need to get first place, I just want to have a good time and not get my *** completely handed to me. Thanks

Keep your car "as is" right now. Autocross is not necesarily about ultimate power or car's ability. Driver's ability plays a huge role in autocross. I would go out there, autocross for a few times and then determine where you are lacking in driver ability and car ability.

Sell the car and buy an Enzo, thats the only way you'll win.
But, seriously though... nothing just attend as many events as you can. Autox like your life depended on it, then one day you will wake up and realize that you have reached the maximum potential of your car. That one day isn't after your second, third or fourth autox. It takes time, have the pros drive your car so you can gauge how well you are doing compared to them. Find a friend, someone who has the same car as you and has been running for a while and see how they are doing.
Welcome to the dark side, its fun here.
