hmm, whatcha wanna know?
i used this setup + an s200 to tune a prospeed header, CAI, and an HKS exhaust at Church Automotive (tuned by shawn). Made 189.6 whp (on a dynapack) with another 10 whp in store if i were to get a new muffler and hi flow cat. it's in good shape, the harness works perfectly with an h22 wiring harness.
i never rigged the hondata to actuate the IAB's, but apparently you can do it with a relay or w/ nitrous control.

hmm, i dont know much about tuning quite yet, but i could just buy the OBD 1 p30 ecu and the conversion harness, then when i acquire new aftermarket products i can tune the ecu again, then again.... right?

well, you'll need the hondata box to plug into the ECU, but after you get one, you'll tune based on your mods.
generally, you get most of your mods first, then tune it, since tuning after buying a new part will cost you too much money.
to tune, you'll go to a tuner. shouldn't be hard to find a good hondata tuner, since it's one of the more popular tuning systems. i paid $180 to get my car tuned at Church Auto, i was very happy w/ the results.
