Default AEM EMS h22a4

K here we go I have a 96 hatch with the h22a4, the harness that i had made was from hasport. My ? is which AEM EMS do i need to run for this set up? Would it be 92-95 prelude ems, 96-00 prelude ems, 92-95 integra ems,96-00 integra ems? or anyother suggestions of what i should be using let me know please

the hasport harness u have, are the clips that plug into the ecu for obd1? or obd2? thats what u have to figure out first, the from there i would go with the Prelude EMS.

The question is as follows....which ECU are you using right now? You will need the EMS that corresponds to teh ECU plug pattern you are using currently.

If that is the case, buy AEM for the car, not the motor.

if i get it for the car it would not be right , the car is a 96 cx hatch..isnt the ems have certain basemaps for the type of motor you have in the car..i was thinking the 96-00 prelude or the integra both of them will hook up direct. is there a difference in the 2 and if there is what is the difference?

buy the ems for the computer you are using now, if you are using a prelude computer then get the prelude ems, if you are using an integra computer then use the integra ems, if you are using a jumper harness then take it out and get the coresponding ecu. base maps really dont matter, you are going to change everything for your setup anyway.
