Spoon and cheap shouldn't be used in the same sentence. Check out the usual vendors

If you want, you can try your luck with Inline Four. But there's been a lot of horror stories about them so I personally stay away.

is it worth getting this upgrade if I am not going to get cam gears right now?
or should I wait? (the motor is out right now)
would I have to get the head milled, it is fairly fresh (25,000 miles)?
how bad would it mess up the degree of the cams/timimng?
anyone have a guess as to how much the .4 bump in compression would add hp/tq wise?

I think its worth about $50 extra to raise the compression .4 I would get the head remilled, better to do than put it on and blow a head gasket.
