We-Todd-Did-Racing.com Expo Update
Everything is coming together so this event should be kick ***. We've got all our instructors together and the event staff is prepared.
The event is scheduled to start at 7:30am with a mandatory drivers meeting then the first group will be on track at 8:00am (Advanced & Instructors). Beginners have a mandatory classroom session that will start at 8:00am.
Advanced & Instructors 8:00 -> 8:25
Intermediate 8:30 -> 8:55
Beginner Group 1 9:00 -> 9:25
Beginner Group 2 9:30 -> 9:55
Advanced & Instructors 10:00 -> 10:25
Intermediate 10:30 -> 10:55
Lunch 11:00 -> 12:00
Beginner Group 1 12:00 - > 12:25

Beginner Group 1 2:00 -> 2:25
Beginner Group 2 2:30 -> 2:55

Intermediate 3:30 -> 3:55
Beginner Group 1 4:00 -> 4:25
Beginner Group 2 4:30 -> 4:55
This schedule could change depending on the number of drivers we have.
Registration will start at 7:00am Saturday (we'll also have it Friday night at the track starting at 5pm). At registration you'll get a package containing a colored wrist band (color coded for your run group), any additional information and an “over 21” wrist band if applicable. You will also get a raffle ticket number that will be collected at the banquet. If at any time during the event you feel you need to change run groups, please let an event organizer know why you feel that way and we will try to accommodate the change if possible. Everyone MUST go through registration, even non-drivers if you have paid for the banquet! You will need wrist bands from the packet to get into the banquet!
We are currently working on the Car numbers. We started a little late with this so it’s been hard finding a place that can do the numbers in the time we need at a reasonable cost. If we don't have vinyl numbers then we will use shoe polish on the side rear window or tape on the doors. Sorry, we just weren't able to pull the vinyl together in time (there is a chance they'll be done in time).
The Banquet is setup for Saturday evening after the track shuts down for the day. It'll be an all you can eat BBQ with all you can drink keg beer (while supplies last). Only those with wrist bands (drivers and paying guests/non-drivers) will be allowed into the banquet. Only those with the “over 21” secondary wrist band will be allowed access to the kegs.
The sponsors have really stepped up with one sponsor even giving away a customer’s choice of coil-overs. The bigger prizes will be raffled away to the drivers of the event while the paying non-driver’s (guests) will be included in the smaller prizes.
If you haven't paid yet, you can do it at the track for both driver and banquet.
We will also be offering a single day driver package for $180!
All you need to bring to the event is your driver’s license, proof of insurance and a helmet with a Snell 95 or higher rating (Snell M or SA 95, 2000 or 2005 helmets are acceptable).
There will be camping at the event Friday and Saturday night. Each night will cost a total of $275 so the more people we have the cheaper it’ll be. For example, if there are 10 of us camping its $27.50 each. 20 of us it'll be $13.75 and so on and so on. This will also be on the honor roll system so I'm not going to be tracking you down for money (but keep in mind the organizers WILL be camping). If you know you are camping when you register at the event, please let us know so we can put you on the list of campers so we can get a head count. Saturday morning we'll announce the number of campers for Friday night so we have an exact amount to pay. Same deal Sunday morning.

Glad its all coming together. I really cannot wait for this.
Any idea how late registration will be going on at the track on friday night? I'm not sure when I'll be getting in and I'd much rather do it that night than in the morning.
A big thanks to Craig and everyone else who helped for getting this together. SHould be a blast!

I wondered about the same thing and didn't want to ask. I really wish after seeing all the excitement when it was announced that those other people would just come. I understand certain things but for gods sake I could spend the money on getting my car ready fot next year. Fug that, this is about getting together, putting names with faces and having a kickass weekend. I hope craig gets as much back as he possibly can. And for the rest that are "planning" on coming.....pay up. This man put a lot of money up for all of our benifit.

Thank guys I appreciate it. I'm hoping/thinking a few people will sign up at the track so I don't think it'll be that bad at the end. The problem came up with the fact that we had around 50 people pre-register but once the full registration came up, not as many people signed up
Oh well, live and learn.
