Ported and Polished
yeahh... it all depends on what other mods you have done to your car! But mostly inside the engine I believe, what usually is more expensive than things done outside the engine!
This december, i am getting a port and polished head (done by my friend from finland ...**free**...) and I also want to bore and polish throtle, body spacer and intake manifold... it would all help to put more air into the engine!!!

How do you know you can't get anywhere with an F22 without boosting? Have you tried? If not, then don't talk about things that you don't know about. If you have, then you have failed miserably.
There is tons of aftermarket support for F22's, at least a lot more than there was last year, way more.
My friend has an N/A F22. I dont know the exact numbers, but I rememeber him telling me that they were somewhere around 170whp and 175wtq. I know those aren't very impressive, but they are when all he has done was get his head, im, and header PnP, and a regrind, with upgraded valvetrain. The rest of the car is stock, well, he has a 2.5" cat back and a custom downpipe.
the f22 head has TONS of potential. I know a dude that has an f22a6 head flowing better than an h22 head. Go to http://www.cb7tuner.com if you don't believe me, look around, there are more than a few accords going full out N/A.

No one can really tell you how much to expect because every PnP job is different. But we can tell you that you will get good gains, but again, it depends on where you get the work done.
You should look into DH-Racing.com, that is where that guy got all his work done.
The head work alone is not going to get huge gains, but when you put a 272 or even a 282 cam regrind on there, the head will flow VERY smooth. Then, you can also PnP the im and header, then get a bored out TB from maxbore.com. his work is of good quality, i will be getting my Tb sent out to him very soon.
just my .02 cents

a throttle body spacer is useless in honda, period.

It sounds cool, and improves your gas mileage a bit.

sounds cool? no hard feelings but, sounds like you're a ricer. WTF gives a **** about something sounds? a throttle body spacer is meant to improve air speed and flow, but our honda engines are not big enough to even make a significant amount of difference, especially for the price they go for.
Tb spacers are most effective on big displacement engines, i.e. mustang 5.0, you install one of those bitches and it gains tons of power from a $80 part.

So if you had the best flowing exhaust evAr but it sounded like a wet fart mixed with the cries of a dying lama.... you'd still rock it???? Doubtful

I meant that if you get something for sound as a priority, then you're a ricer. And its very doubtful that teh best exhaust ever is gona sound like meano fart can.
but if you want the TB spacer, then go for it, it just doesnt really give much improvement in small displacement motors.
