Default Horrible Gas mileage

My 1990 Integra LS (original motor, 130,000 miles all stock) is averaging 10mpg, I just had it emissions tested, checked all the sensors, checked all the fuel lines and gas tank for leaks, all this and I haven't found anything wrong with it. Passed the emissions test with flying colors, not running rich at all. My gas gauge isn't exactly spot on but when i fill her up I put around 12 gallons in, 13.4 gallon capacity I think, and it lasts me all of a week (Around 60 miles, and this is a generous estimate). What the hell? I don't normally resort to posting threads asking questions but i've searched here, on G2IC, etc. etc. and the only reasons for this kind of mileage i can find are those relating to a rich A/F ratio or a leaking fuel line. HELP.

Driving your car hard will bring down your gas mileage, but not that much. My b16 is on it's last legs, so I've been driving the **** out of it! No big deal, getting almost 20mpg! And that's ragging the **** out of it! The motor sees 8400 RPM all the time! I'm getting a b20, so I figured I should have a little fun with her, before I swap again!

EDIT; My tach is going to miss the revving out. The motor revs higher than the tach can register, so I guess it's a good thing that I'll only be seeing like 6800 with the b20.

I actually resorted to taking it to a shop and they haven't found anything wrong, haven't picked it up yet so im not sure of everything that was checked but the emissions test rules out quite a few possibilities.

Just got back from the shop and i'm starting to think someone's been stealing my gas. They checked everything, plugs, wires, injectors, sensors, fuel lines etc. etc. etc. and came up with nothing, the car is running beautifully. Looks like i'll be hogging the garage for the next week so I can check my gas mileage accurately.

This last week i've kept her in the garage and low and behold, 25 mpg. I'm definately investing in a locking gas cap although i'm not totally convinced theft was the problem.
