b16a no reverse

just finished swapping in the motor, i try rolling out of the garage and it wouldn't get into reverse. 1-5 the gears get into place smoothly, reverse won't let me in. what do you guys think? bad synchros or what?
new clutch and flywheel

I believe if its a bad synchro you would have a problem with 5th also
