check to see if the tb gasket lines up with all of the manifold vacuume ports, and make sure its lined up correctly on the manifold. also check the throttle cable adjustment

I assume adjusting the idle screw on the TB wont work in this scenario?

bypass the coolant line from the tb to the iac with the coolant nipple that comes out from ur head or therostat housing. then check to see if the idle screw that holds the linkage in place is adjusted right and check the tps with a voltmeter

on the SK2 TB, there is a stop screw right under where the throttle cable flap thing is. w/ the car off, open up the throttlw and u will see it. its a small allen key screw with a hex nut. i removed that reom my TB and my idle is back down to normal. but now im having problems with the TB sticking. it never use to do it but now all of a suddent its starting to do it???? if i put the stop screw in the TB my idle gets to high so thats why i took it off

if u have on stop screw the tb will close too far, and therefore stick.

I just finished a gsr motor with a S2 tb. The tech line at S2 told me that the factory tb gasket will work(type r). So I ordered one. I noticed that the gasket seals every hole on the tb except for the map sensor. If you lay the gasket on the tb, you will notice that it does not cover up the vacuum hole the leads to the map sensor. If you notice the groove, that is where it gets vacuum at so you need to cover that little hole or you will have a vacuum leak. I will just have to make one, wont be the first time.
