1994 Honda Accord clutch or what problem?

1994 Honda Accord clutch or what problem?
Hi
My son's 1994 Honda Accords clutch master and slave cylinder were replaced about 10,000 miles ago the car has 158,000 miles on it now. The problem is he can shift into any gear wether the clutch is in or not...(manuel tranny) everything was working fine and all of a sudden this happens, could it be something other the needing a whole new clutch??? The fluid was low so we added some and then bled the line but it did not help, any suggestions would be appreciated.

what is the pedal doin is it on the floor and wont come up? also when someone pushes the pedal soes the slave cly piston move if so the thats all good and its something with the clutch 
The pedal works just like always...
