buy a muffler, take to muffler shop. dont run it at an angle it looks quite ghetto. have them cut out part of your bumper to run muffler on right side of car. or get a muffler like stock one but hi flow. have muffler shop run pipes and put it in. custom exhaust = way cheaper that cat backs. plus you decide how its done

get header, exhaust, high flo cat for any crx all at once. It will all bolt up. But if you have an HF engine, why bother?
dont flame the d15 cause my d15 is doin fine and as for a cat back u can do teh headsawp like u said in another post convert it to the si intake manifold and get a header cat and exhaust ull be in the 15s easily get a si tarnny to if ur on a budget get e dx i dont recomed it cause it sucks gear ratio wise

i didnt say its the best motor but on a low budjet u can make it fast enough. 15.4 aint bad for a hf motor we had a hf do a 15.4 all day and spent like total of like 50 bucks
