the metal mount is oem and the plastic one on the brakline is put on by the manufacturer before they put on the ends of the line. you could try contacting brakeline manufacturers and see if they would sell you the plastic brackets.

oh nice to know 
i just ziptied mine to the knuckle and made sure there was slack so the lines wouldnt bind. i cut my plastic brackets off because my goodridge lines werent coated so i coated them myself.
