Default have problem turning

when i turn at low speeds in my integra, (never tried anything faster than 5mph) it seems like it wants to slow down or stop. more of an angle i turn the worse it gets. when i jack the car up and turn the tires while in neutral. it's really stiff. any ideas?

its probably your power steering is going out. you should check it and see if thats your problem.

WTF?

Neither of those things will make it seem like your car is being slowed down.

It's probably something to do with your brakes. Or it could be wheel bearings going out. It could be bushings. Could be a number of things. It could be as simple as your car being too low and your rubbing your fender. Something is prohibiting wheel rotation when it's at an angle, find out what.

Jack up the car in the front and start it while in nuetral. The front wheels should slowly spin even while in nuetral. Then turn the wheel left and right and see which wheel is slowing down. Then go to that wheel while the engine is off, and check the bearings with the old 3&9 and 12&6 push pull test to see if there is any play.
