Default Question about setup

I've never dealt w/ a forced induction setup before, I've come across a 99' GSR at a fair price that's been turboed. I'm not even close to being ready to buy just wondering if you guys can help me by picking apart this setup (if possible):

1999 ACURA INTEGRA GSR TURBOCHARGED

ENGINE

Bottom end built B18C1
Bored .20 over
9:1 Compression
Wisco pistons
Eagle rods
XC rings
Engine rebuild kit (head gasket, timing belt)
Exedy clutch stage 2
Exedy lightened flywheel
Turbosmart boost controller
Skunk2 6 spoke camgears
RC 440 injectors
AEM fuel rail
Warlbro 255gph fuel pump
B&M fuel pressure regulator
JG Edelbrock intake manifold
FMAX Turbo kit open loop system
T3/T4 Turbonetics turbo
Tial wastegate
Custom red piping
Greddy Type S Blow off valve
MSD 8.5mm wires
MSD pro cap
MSD blaster 2 ignition coil
OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness
Car is tuned on OBD1 / P28

Any comments are greatly appreciated. Thx

Sounds pretty nice to me. If I were buying it, I'd take it to a mechanic and have them check it over really well and perform a compression/leak down test. If everything checks out, I'd say go for it..

I notice this setup isn't sleeved, is that going to effect the longevity of the engine?

I'm sure it would be fine as long as you don't run really high power levels. What kind of goals do you have and how much power is the car putting out right now?

yup... get it checked out. if all is ok, looks solid. just don't go boost happy and u should be fine. you should be fine w/o sleeves... if the tune is good then all is good. if its not dyno tuned, the prog is prob a lil conservative which is not bad.
