Has anybody done business with caspers hatch ,on October 20th I paied him $180 for a profec B, I got a email from UPS stating that they were notified by the shipper that he had a package to ship ,however I have not received the package to date ,when I spoke to him on the phone he stated that he would refund my money again paypal sent a email that Jennifer Reynolds (jenreynolds223@yahoo.com) has issued you a full or
partial refund for your payment.
This refund will remain pending until the funds have cleared from the
sender's account. You will receive an email notification once the funds
have become available in your PayPal account. See Refund Details below
for more information.

Well well here we go.

First off. No-one is being scammed. I have been very patient with you, i sent you the profec-b as promised....I explained there must have been trouble with UPS, i told you i was waiting for a reply from them before i gave you a refund, you wouldn't accept that. SO i went ahead and sent your refund, i do not know why NFCU will not allow electronic drafts from my account...i have never transferred money into my paypal.

I told you to blow me because you insulted me on the phone, now you come on here and twist everything around, what a WINNER.

This issue is being resolved, maybe if you were a 'bit more cordial....things would move faster, being an ******* will get you no-where

You just owned yourself by proving you are an impatient whiny bitch. From those messages I can totally see what casper means. You'll get your money, but whining every single day about it ain't doin **** for ya.

ok i talked to him... he said he did mail it but it got lost... trust me the usps is good at losing ****. he told me he was going to give you a refund.... shill, he will get you your money back

He was paied on 10/20/2005 today is 11/13/2005 no profecB,no money,and I told him after asking for a refund that if the profecB came I would ship it back.

 

Not even a month. If there were problems with the shipment, it could take some time to work it out. I don't see him not answering your PMs or you phone calls, so I don't believe he is doing you wrong in anyway. What is he to do? Go magically find your package, or tell paypal how to run their site. That is why I say give it some more time.

 

wat you don't understand is that the tracking # I was provided never showed that the package was picked up so as far as i am concern the package was never shipped.The only thing the tracking # said is that the package was prepared to be shipped by the shipper, it was not picked up.

 

For what its worth the package was dropped off with about three other packages that i was shipping. What happened from there, i only wish i knew. There has been no inention of a scam or any mis-representation of what i was doing. I, like you, was looking out for my best interest and trying to be respectful of yours.

I have sent a few emails to shipping@paypal.com because UPS doesn't handle packages when it was paid and printed from paypal. Paypal says "they have received my claim". I have contacted the ups drop-off location a few times, as well as chatted with them when i have shipped other stuff to see if it was there somewhere....with no luck. I am at a loss at this point and have offered to send your refund by USPS Overnight with signature confirmation.


I told you on the phone from day one i had no problem giving you a refund, i apologize i couldn't draft my account to get the funds to you through paypal, however, I think its unfair to me for you to litter all my posts claiming i am a scammer. I have never avoided contact or attempted to mislead you in anyway. All i asked was you let me get some answers from UPS, how did i know you weren't holding my profec and demanding a refund????

You need to relax a little, once your M.O arrives i would appreciate you deleting this thread, deleting all your other threads, and fix my paypal account so my wife will be quiet.
