Default Valve adjustment specs for 94 gsr (searched)

i have a 94 integra GSR and wants to know the specs to adjust my valves. ive searched but found 2 diff answers. can somebody give me a true answer?

Search or buy a repair manual from autoparts store.

There has been atleast 6 different threads in the past week about valve adjustment.

there is a good how to in the top of the integra forum. FAQ section (I believe it is the 3rd one down)

intake valves------> .006
exhaust valves ---> .007

the shop adjusted mines .004 and .007 should i go back and tell them to readadjust it or keep it as is??

the manual says .006-.007 for intake and .007-.008 for exhaust. which is the better setup little tight or little loose? thanks
