Default Ground controls H22 Integra

Im about to buy some ground control coilovers for my koni yellows.
Which setup/rates do you think would be better for a daily driver that will be lowered pretty low to the ground. Integra with a h22a

450/350 or 400/350. My driving habbits are normal with no auto-x or anything like that but i do push the car soemtimes.

Please let me know and any comments are welcome

id go with ots rates if your not autocrossing or doing trackdays

this way you shouldnt loose any drivability or comfort for performace you wont notice on the roads

well i have 450/350 on my other integra and there very daily drivable imo so going with a stiffer rate isnt really a problem. plus they proform alot better then stock so going with a stiffer spring then oem would be good for me and my needs.

I was just wondering sence i have a h22A and it adds about 35-40 pounds more in the front , should i be going with a stiffer spring in front. maybe some one could have some input on this

I wish i knew what ground control spring rates were for there h22a custom set. i emailed them but they wouldn't give it up for some reson...
