hi, I am having trouble starting the car, when I turn the ingnition it acts like its going to start for a few seconds and then dies. after a few tries it starts. This started happening the day after I drove the car until on a very empty fuel tank. I'm wondering if that had something to do with it. Someone told me it might be fouled out spark plugs. If anyone has some ideas it would be very appreciated.

 

just take note of all these:

Cap and rotor
ignitor
main fuel relay
starter
ignition switch
battery?
grounds?
I know theres more but one of these helped my starting problem

and about the "no gas in tank" ........... you know that might be the culprit.

 

possible fuel pump starting to go bad
if you run a submerged pump w/ no gas
for a long time the pump will go bad.
